General customisation process for plush toys
1、Customers need to provide pictures or designs of the customized products (physical samples can be provided directly if there are physical samples), and indicate the size specifications, material requirements, stuffing, quantity of goods to be made, etc. For our reference.
2、According to the information provided by the customer, our printers initially calculate the price of the product (in the absence of samples, all prices are estimated).
3、After consultation and confirmation from the customer, we start to apply for proofs. The proofing fee depends on the product and is refundable after the customer has confirmed the order to start production. If the product is confirmed as free, there will be no refund; samples can be modified 2 times free of charge and the sampling period is normally 7 working days.
4、Samples are sent to the customer, both parties determine the final samples and sign an order sales contract. The factory will start production of conventional products after receiving a 30% deposit of the total purchase price, and the balance will be paid one working day before delivery, payable on delivery.
5、The factory chooses the appropriate method of delivery according to the customer's requirements.
